Interface tests

These test that the basic UI Events interfaces exist, specifically:

1. Does the interface exist
2. Are all the members defined on the interface accounted for:
 * UIEvent
 * MouseEvent
 * FocusEvent
 * KeyboardEvent
 * WheelEvent
 * CompositionEvent
